Cheers and tears could be heard from the 200 ManeGait volunteers and their guests as they enjoyed an evening of dinner, awards, and an awe-inspiring video of ManeGait riders and their volunteers.
In just two years, with over 500 trained volunteers willing to contribute their time and talent, ManeGait’s fast growing therapeutic sports riding program is becoming one of the most sought after agencies to volunteer for in North Texas.
With 87 riders this Fall Session, we are living our mission to assist children and adults with disabilities to move beyond their boundaries with the help of a caring community.
Each volunteer was treated to a fabulous dinner provided by 5th Street patio café. The owner, Tamme Harty, an active ManeGait volunteer, offered a delicious menu.
Junior League of Plano chose ManeGait’s party as one of their provisional projects which added a festive touch to the evening. The music, donated by 1st Class D.J.
Service, was delightful.
