Volunteer Summer Training

Our next volunteer training is Saturday, August 28th from 8:30-2:00. The training consists of an introduction to therapeutic riding with a power point presentation by our director, Ms. Lili Kellogg. Lunch will be served followed by a hands-on training. You will learn grooming and tacking with an emphasis on safety and the ManeGait Way! You will learn how to be a sidewalker and the role of the horse leader.

Please wear comfortable walking shoes (no open toe shoes).

We promise an interesting and fun training and look forward to sharing the magic of therapeutic riding with you!
