Lili, who holds a B.S from Colorado State University, has been involved in the therapeutic riding industry since 1987, serving as the Program Director at Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship, Dallas Texas from 1987 - 2007.
Her accomplishments include coaching riders to the international level in both the Paralympic and Special Olympic venues. Lili is also the 2002 recipient of the James Brady Professional Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by PATH Intl..
Lili who has one daughter, Kerith, 2 dogs and a cat, enjoys travelling, dancing, sports, and playing cards.

Boozie moved to the United States in 1994 from his native home of Israel. He served as an apprentice for an upper-level trainer of Classical Riding in New York State. After working in New York, Boozie furthered his education by studying Dressage in Germany. In 1999 Boozie moved to Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship in Wylie, TX where he began as a Lesson Instructor and worked his way to the Head Instructor position. January 1, 2010 Boozie joined the ManeGait team as the first male on staff!

Jaclyn graduated from Tarleton State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Animal Sciences degree and in 2002 with a Master of Agriculture.
She was a graduate assistant for the Tarleton TREAT program (Tarleton Equine Assisted Therapy) and worked with the Freshman Animal Sciences class as a lab instructor during her Master’s studies.
While at Tarleton Jaclyn and her horse Taylor served as the Tarleton Texans Mascot. Jaclyn grew up with a great love of horses and began taking riding lessons at the age of 10.
Over the past 20 years Jaclyn has ridden many disciplines; English, Jumping, Western, Trail, Cutting, Roping, and Team Penning and has shown many breeds of horses.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, riding horses with friends and spending time on the farm.
Tricia Nelson

Tricia is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a B.S. in Computer Science.
She is a PATH Intl. Certified Instructor and has been involved with horses her entire life. Tricia’s primary area of focus has been in English riding, she successfully competed on the hunter/jumper show circuit for more then 15 years.
During her time away from ManeGait, Tricia enjoys spending time with her family & friends, traveling, horseback riding and reading.
Danielle Lesperance

Danielle attended Texas Tech University where she took courses in Hippotherapy. Shortly thereafter she earned her certification for PATH Intl. through Equest in Wylie, Texas.
She then went back and worked as an Equine Sports Riding instructor for the Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center, as well as attended to the University horses. While working for Texas Tech, she rode with the Texas Tech Equestrian Team. During her time in Lubbock, Danielle also took care of six wonderful women from Agnes Dent Group Homes, all with varying levels of mental retardation, which furthered her knowledge of the disability.
During her free time Danielle enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching the Mavs, playing sports, horseback riding, BBQ’s, water skiing on the lake, and playing with her dog Rowdy.
Meredith Mendenhall

Meredith Graduated in 2010 from Samford University with a B.A. in Family Studies. She achieved her PATH Intl. Certified Registered Instructor status in June 2010 and came straight to ManeGait. She is also a Teacher's Aide in the Special Education room at Hyer Elementary. Meredith began riding when she was 5 and has competed in hunter/jumper shows around the U.S.
She loves spending time at her ranch in East Texas where her family raises Texas Longhorns and has a few pleasure horses.
Hallie Sheade

Hallie graduated from the University of Miami with a B.S. in Psychology and Biology. She then moved to Atlanta, GA where she worked as a behavioral therapist for children with autism and completed a M.S. in Professional Counseling at Georgia State University. She is currently working on her Ph.D in Counseling at the University of North Texas to pursue research in counseling and equine-assisted therapy.
She has been riding English hunter/jumper for over 20 years. While at UM, she competed on the equestrian team and rehabilitated horses for the South Florida S.P.C.A.. She began teaching therapeutic horseback riding while in Atlanta.
When she gets a break from studying, Hallie enjoys spending time with her dog and therapy guinea pig, horseback riding, cooking, and being outdoors.
Randy Hurt

Randy is a surveying and mapping, cum laude, graduate of the Denver Institute of Technology. Randy has worked with ManeGait since the fall of 2008, starting as a horse leader. He is a founding member of the Tack and Groom Team and has operated in multiple capacities during his time at ManeGait, receiving his PATH Intl. Certified Registered Instructor status in May 2011.
Randy has been a horse-riding enthusiast all his life and enjoys working with horses and trail riding in his free time.
Jennifer Wisler
Marketing and Development Manager
Jennifer holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Bowling Green State University. She previously worked at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeast Ohio as a Development Officer and most recently, at the Dallas Museum of Art as the Special Events Manager.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys golfing with her husband, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and reading.
Kathy Martin
ManeGait Volunteer Coordinator
Kathy attended St. Gregory’s College in Oklahoma. She is a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
Kathy has been involved with volunteerism and philanthropy throughout most of her life. Her most recent
associations include The Samaritan Inn, St. Vincent De Paul Society of St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Community,
McKinney Summer Musicals, and the Trinity Trail Preservation Association.
She enjoys trail riding and has successfully competed in the Peruvian Paso Nationals.
Spending time with her family, knitting, reading and enjoying the arts are among her favorite past times.
Elaine Wintory

Elaine, who has a B.S. in Human Relations and Management from Amber University, retired from Ericsson Inc.
after 21 years of service in Human Resources.
While at Ericsson, she worked in the International Assignments
Department in Stockholm, Sweden and returned to the U.S. to manage International Assignments for the U.S., Benefits Administration
and the HR Call Center.
Prior to joining ManeGait as a staff member, Elaine was a ManeGait ‘Paper Jockey’ helping with clerical duties.
In Elaine’s spare time, she loves to do machine embroidery, sew, read and spend time with her husband, two children and four grandchildren.
